Win 10 upgrade failure

I have been running win 7 to win 19 upgrade fro MS for a week now with it always stopping at the end with a message window that says win 10 has failed.
Error: 0x80004005.
I searched everywhere and all I found was that maybe running Easybcd would fix the problem.
I ran Situp Diag to see what it had to say and this is what I get:

You must manually uninstall "Microsoft Security Essentials" before continuing with the installation/update, or change the command line parameters to ignore warnings if you are using the "/quiet" parameter.

The type in red says that it is a boot problem, I think.
I have unhooked everything I can and run ccCleaner etc with no avail.
I have another computer, same make and model that upgraded firs time. Much small hard drive though.
Any Ideas here.

Thanks

I've not seen this (not upgrading W7 to W10 because I already dual-boot them), but the log you attach seems fairly clear that you must manually uninstall MSE before attempting to upgrade W7 to W10.

Thanks for your interest and advice. I have removed MS Sec Essentials and run the MS Win 10 upgrade again. I get the same failure output." Win10 install has failed" Error Code 0x80004005.
I ran Setup Diag again and here is the result.

In addition to Terry's advice, remove any flash (USB) drives before trying. Likewise disable anything "Virtual" in the BIOS.
Uninstall (perhaps temporarily) any 3rd party disk maintenance utilities.
