Win 7 32 bit crash recovery fails

I have MSI all-in-one computer running Win 7 32-bit that crashed during partition resizing using Paragon partition manager.

Repair using Win7 32-bit Recovery CD does not work. It identifies Win7 installation on drive C, however Startup recovery could not be accomplished whereas reinstalling Windows does not work due to little space on drive C.

Active@Partition Recovery does not find my C drive. DOS does not find it either. How can I free some space for re installation? or recover my PC i other way.
