Win 7 and Bootmgr is missing?????

I’m posting on this forum because I am at the end of my rope.
Let me give you some background.
I have a HP Pavillion desktop running win 7.
A few days ago every time I would watch embedded video and my computer would crash and I would have to restore to a previous point in order to get my computer running.
Well today the same thing happened but I wasn’t able to restore to a previous point.
Instead I formatted my https://snaptube.cam/https://9apps.cam/ drive hoping to reinstall win 7.
Here’s the problem, every time I try to reboot with the win 7 disk I get black screen with a flashing cursor and then I get the message: Bootmgr is missing, Press ctr, alt, delete.
I did a search on the web and came to your site and decided to try your win 7 32 bit version rescue disk.
I downloaded the torrent and burned the iso file to a DVD.
I put the DVD in the tray and changed the boot order through setup.
When I try booting with your win 7 32 bit version rescue disk, I get the same result.
I get a black screen with a flashing cursor and then I get the message: Bootmgr is missing, Press ctr, alt, delete.

Is there anything that someone can suggest that could help me?

Thanks in advance.

Another thought, you may have to run the EasyRE programme 2 or 3 times as it can only mend 1 item at a time.
There could be several. If all that fails then you need a system disk which you can download from Microsoft.
