How do I use EasyBCD to delete my BAD Win 7 OS from my C Drive and then transfer my GOOD Win 7 OS from my D Drive to my C Drive?

EasyBCD will only deal with the boot-menu entries.
You need a 3rd party partition manager to clone your OS from one place to another.
