win7 recently installed office 2007 and got a no longer bootable laptop currently HP-Presario cq62-209wm, proc#AMD-Athlon II p320 Dual core used to run 64b with 3gigb ram, bios F-17 , I am able to get into command prompt thru the recovery disc purchase from y'all and have tried bootrec, bootsect with fixboot and fixmbr as well as rebuildbcd still not able to fully boot . when into safe mode system hangs at windows/ system32/atipcie.sys, after running memory test error found at graphic systems, with recovery or restore system says no partitions or OS available ##### PLEASE HELP ####, LAST RESTORE DATE IS 05-13-11 But won't intailize, What can I do next

Windows 7 will not install Office by itself without prompting from a user. Especially Office 2007 which was released before the OS was itself since Office 2010 was released around the same time as Windows 7. So someone had to try and install the software, since Windows cant install this one on its own.

If none of the boot commands are able to fix the boot, your only option is to use the Restore Point.
