Windows 10, fixboot access denied

#1
Hi,

I'm noob here. I having a windows 10 startup problem.
I've used "bootrec /fixboot" but access is denied.
Then i followed diskpart command

DISKPART> select vol 1
Volume 1 is the selected volume.

DISKPART>assign letter=V:
DiskPart successfully assigned the drive letter or mount point.

DISKPART>exit
Leaving Diskpart...

X:\Windows\System32>V:

V:\>md \efi\microsoft\boot\

V:\>cd /d V:\efi\microsoft\boot

V:\efi\microsoft\boot>bootrec /fixboot
Access is denied.

V:\efi\microsoft\boot>

How to solve this?
Please help. Thanks

If you have access to W10 elsewhere, create a recovery disc (Control Panel > Backup & Restore > create recovery disc),
boot it on the broken PC, select "Repair your computer > repair startup"
Do the whole of the above line 3 times. (potentially many things to repair, only does one per boot)
