Windows 10 Server Tech Preview GUI display problem

The "bcdboot c:\windows" command does not display the GUI boot options screen. There is no option to turn off fast start up under Shutdown settings.

You want the GUI boot screen? Have you tried EasyBCD 2.3 beta?

fast start is in the power settings > what the power button does > change currently unavailable settings.

I did read your sticky above, and although you can turn off fast start up in Win 10 Pro and Enterprise, the check box does not exist in the Win 10 Server version within "change currently unavailable settings".

I have no experience of 10 server, so that's news to me.
