Windows 7 64bit Recovery Disk burn?

I just downloaded the Windows 7 64-bit Recovery disk. I also downloaded the recommended ISO burning program ImgBurn.

I extracted the files from the zipped torrent download.

I'm not sure where to go from there as the instruction page that I'm assuming would explain how to do this properly is not working. (the zipped file had several)

Can anyone help with this?

Addendum:

NVM. I just realized that my computer made my download look like a rar file and it was not. I should not have extracted. I think I'm ok now!

Yeah, everyone makes that mistake because WinRAR doesn't make ISOs look any different from RAR or ZIP files.

If you set the Windows Explorer for to also show known File Extension, you'll have got the .iso extension.
