This is serious! New notebook - dual booted with 2 Windows 7. Everything was fine until I used easyBCD to attempt to change the boot menu names. Try to add entry but it wouldn't let me add. During reboot, I got the boot menu, but it wouldn't boot into the OS. Got a blank screen. Tried using Windows 7 install CD to repair and it couldn't repair. I'm stuck.

Help!

Addendum

Tried the steps in recovering from DVD. Found out that somehow my boot file is in f: instead of c:. It's doesn't let me access the boot file ("access denied" when I tried to do attrib). Help...

Addendum

Attempted to do rebuild BCD anyway. Apparently, there are zero (0) Windows installation. What is happening?

Addendum

I'm pretty sure my Windows is installed in C. I suspect my f: drive is the recovery partition that comes with the notebook.

Addendum

Sorry. F: drive is my DVD drive - which means it's reading my Windows installation CD. So I'm still at square one...
