Windows 7 recovery disc.

I tried to burn the disc but it keeps failing. I think it is as I am trying to burn it as a zipped file. However when I extract I cannot find an iso file as suggested I should. I downloaded it, extracted it with winRAR and had a folder labelled 'sources' one label 'boot' and a file called 'bootmgr'.

Which do I burn to disc or do I have to do something else.

It is an ISO file.
Do not process it with winRAR or anything else.
Burn the entire downloaded file.
If it doesn't appear to be an ISO, it's probably because you have the ridiculous MS default "don't show filetypes", and you've allowed winRAR to grab the ISO filetype.
Set your folder options like this
