I've been stuck on this for almost 3 hours now and can't find any solution. I've read a couple of solutions from this site and also microsoft and my last resort is to seek some actual advice for my problem.
I did step 3 in this link:

When I try to rebuild the BCD, it says Yes or No or All. I try Yes and All and I get "element not found". Then I try step four and a few of the commands work but towards the middle I start getting unable to recognize etc etc. Is there anyway easy way to fix this? Because this is ridiculous I can't even system restore or go into safe mode. Thank you for your help.
