windows server 2003 and windows xp dual boot problem

when i conncet to the internet on server 2003 it works im on a wired connection but when i try to get online on windows xp the network connection sais everything is fine but no pages wil load and it tells me there is something wrong
but im stumped
 
You need to get and install the driver for your network interface card. Check device manager to see if its already installed or if there are problems with it. Right click my computer -> manage -> device manager. If should be under the "Network Adapters" sub-node.
