My windows 10 says to activate, I purchased the pc in March. No upgrades and when I put my key in, it says I have done upgrades. Idk what to do or how to fix this.

If you bought it new this year with Windows10 already on it, it will have a key embedded in the PC firmware by the OEM, and you won't need to enter a key. It will find it automatically when you click on "activate".
Or is this an old PC you purchased from a 3rd party ?

Hello, the key is embedded in the windows software when I bought it through OEM and if, for example, you reinstall windows, it will detect it itself

It should be just like a colleague above writes because I had the same and it worked normally, and if not, try reinstalling windows

If the key is embedded (or to check if the key is embedded), use the NeoSmart OEM Product Key Tool to retrieve it:
