Windows Vista Boot Disk

My laptop apparently got shut down during an update. Oops! I get a black screen that gives me 3 options. Insert installation disk and restart, choose language and click next and then click repair. I downloaded the torrent file. It used Limewire to download to my PC. I used image burn recommended to burn it to a CD. I put it in the disk drive on the laptop and restarted. Chose the repair option. WOW! It worked :tongueout:. Thank you. My EX husband may just treat me nice for once for fixing his laptop. :S
