I purchased HP Pavilion 9651ME in UAE last year. It came with Windows Vista Home Premium Pre-installed. Unfortunately i lost the recovery partition and the Hp Support is asking for $100 for recovery DVD which is really shocking. I downloaded the Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 and when i entered the Windows Vista Home Premium key the installation wizard is saying the key is invalid. Please help me with this issue.
Can i download any Windows Vista and use the key or do i have to download region specific copy?
