My Vista came up with a Startup Repair window and wouldn't repair after repeated attempts. So I downloaded the Vista 32 recovery to a disc and loaded it, but it wouldn't repair the problem. I was able to get a command prompt and do all of the manual steps as listed in the info I was e-mailed, but that didn't fix it. I tried to type in the info in Option Three: Nuclear Holocaust, but am having trouble...Can anybody give me assistance? Or should I just throw my laptop in the river here in the Everglades and hope it doesn't choke an alligator and buy a Mac, or is there a solution?
