Is there any way you can make it so that when you run the auto-configure feature, EasyBCD detects if the files boot.ini, NTLDR, and NTDETECT.COM already exist in the "system" partition, and if they do, move them to a safe place (and perhaps tell the user where it moved them to)? That way, in the rare case of EasyBCD failing to auto-configure correctly and/or creates a ntldr or ntdetect.com too big, or too small, or whatever, the original files are preserved, and the user can copy them back if necessary. As I understand it, the way it is now, if those files already exist in the "system" partition, the files are overwritten.
