XP crashed, reinstalled, No more Vista

Hey guys. seems to be alot of this going around but i haven't found a resolution by searching.

I was flashing my video card BIOS, after wich i went back to windows XP. tried to load my profile but it was magically corrupted. had been about 14 months since i reinstalled so i figured why not, i backed up all my data and formatted.

windows XP is on C:\
Windows Vista is on E:\
I previously created a Partition of 20GB on the primary master and installed vista on it.

there is a 120GB drive on the secondary master. This drives designation is D:\

after reinstalling windows XP on drive C:\ it boot up like nobody's buisness, the issue is that it doesn't have any boot options, it just goes straight into XP.

after using EasyBCD 1.6 for a while i think i got it set up properly, but still no option to boot vista. am i missing something here? code below:

Code:
