I am sure it has been asked and answered, but I can't seem to find the scenario that matches mine. Maybe I am being stoopid

I have XP Home booting, and Vista Enterprise and XP Pro installed later. All are on Drive 0. On Disk Management, my disk 0 looks like :

Windows XP Home (C:smile: ... Windows Vista Enterprise (S:smile: ... Windows XP Professional (T:smile: ... Empty OS Volume (U:smile:

I successfully boot into XP Home, I only have one boot option (XP Home of course).

What do I need to do to get all three bootable?

Hi,

See "setting up the Dual boot " on this page:

Installing XP After Vista - NeoSmart Technologies Wiki

When you have done that, you will get the Vista boot menu offering Vista and XP Home.

To add the other XP entry , edit boot.ini on C .

Rebuilding Boot.ini - NeoSmart Technologies Wiki

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP Home" /fastdetect
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(3)\WINDOWS="Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect

Hope it helps.
