I said to heck with it and risked the 20 bucks, but it worked flawlessly, I got the boot error after resetting my USB drivers and this neosmartmedia Auto repair worked like a charm on my Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 Dell XPS laptop.

All I can say is WOW. Holy SH*T. This tool works. After being a knuckle head and messing with my SSD my Win 7 Ultimate System went into a reboot loop and just would not start. I searched in a PANICKED FRENZY for a solution on the boards - everywhere. After I noticed that when using my recovery CD that my system was not even recognizing my OS on the right drive - somehow I managed to stumble on to the NeoSmart site. They even offer step by step how to fix your MBR - but when I tried it it did not work. Then I saw the option to just buy their CD and it would fix the issue. I was like yeah right but I was desperate. Ordered it, burned the ISO image onto a CD using another computer - booted off of it - their menu came up - I clicked repair and BAM - my system booted after I restarted it! That's INSANE!!!! It really works. Just Buy It. Thanks for a great product.

It works!

Fixed Grub2 Dual Boot Problem
By Michael Stratton on March 17, 2016

Great software, worth every penny of the 19.95 I paid for it. It easily fixed MBR error caused by Grub2 dual boot!

This made my life a bit easier. I was not able to boot to Vista or my linux distro after installing Grub2. I had installed Ubuntu and then deleted the partition. After deleting the partition, I created a USB boot with a Fedora .iso loaded on to it. I successfully installed Fedora, but upon restart grub2 displayed an error and I was not able to fix it with windows install cd or other any other boot cd. I purchased the vista tool, downloaded and and bada bing bada boom - I am up and running again.

Back to writing code as well! http://www.mikestratton.net Thanks neosmart, you saved me from losing another a few more days of work and the potential lose of alot of data.

Well worth the price

This is a great product, I been fighting with a reboot issue for 2 days on my daughters HP. This disk fixed the problem in 2 minutes. Well worth the small amount to save taking the laptop to the shop. Thanks.

Thank you

Thank you. Having feared the worst when my computer failed to boot I downloaded Easy RE for Windows 10 and now my PC is up and running again. I followed your clear, precise instructions and it worked like a dream. Having been on the verge of throwing my PC out of the window thinking of having costly repairs, etc, my $35 purchasing your program was worth every bit!!

Thanks so much!

Had a half-dead Vista laptop, and nothing, but nothing, that I could do made a difference. I could get it to boot partially in various modes, but it would always stop at a certain point and go no farther. I downloaded this disc, burned it to a CD and booted off of it, chose Automatic Recovery, and PRESTO!!! Everything is working perfectly. Couldn’t be easier. Thanks so much!

Perhaps it is good

The greatest problem is, that you have to buy before installing it. In my case, the program did not install: keayboard and mouse were frozen. I reported it to Neosmart and after a couple of days I received a new download-key. I tried again, and now the installation was complete. But, in the meanwhile I had installed the free EasyBcd boot program from the same company. And this program showed me the real problem: the driveletter of the bootfile was wrong; with EasyBcd I changed the driveletter, and that was the solution. I have no idea if EasyRE would have repaired my problem. So I cannot tell if this program also works for me. In any case: EasyBcd did the job for me.
