Great product. After fighting with a defect in windows 10 that prevented my computer from booting I down loaded your EasyRe for windows 10 and within minutes of running my PC was up and running like new. The only problem I ran into was how to burn image to a thumb drive. After going to NeoSmart tech and downloading their easy USB creator I was able to run your program. Again great product, thank you.

I can't get to driver running This is useless for me

I had a 0xc00000f error which EasyRE guarantees to fix. Well, it didn't fix my PC. Although, after it ran, the program listed an impressive amount of things that it claimed to fix, it still won't boot. So for me, a waste of 20 bucks. I don't suppose the guarantee includes a refund for failure to work as promised?

I downloaded it from your site and my computer now says the application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors. File: WINDOWS\system\32winload.exe Error code: x000000f its says I need to use recovery tools.

I downloaded, created a USB boot from the ISO and when started, says "grub_isprint not found". I then check neosmart.net's site and there is nothing about how to properly install the .iso download file or issues if running. Disappointing that there isn't any installation help on the site to get it installed properly.

I've been trying literally all day to fix my boot sector error, I bought this and tried the Automated repair and BAM LIKE MAGIC, it works, and I didn't lose any of my precious files! Woooooooooooo!

First time I've ever used an autofix button that actually worked. From corrupted mbr to working computer within around 20 minutes and all I had to do was burn a cd. Best 15 quid I've spent in quite a while. Big thanks.

Went to boot up my 3 month old HP laptop and was getting a /bcd 0xc0000098 error. Went to the Microsoft site, downloaded the free repair tools and they didn't work.

Downloaded EasyRE and within about 5 minutes, my laptop was booting up to Windows 10.

Got an old Win XP computer with a corrupt config sys that I've been trying to fix for a couple of years. Tried EasyRE and within minutes it booted and I have access to some old but valuable files. Well worth the cost and highly recommended.

Paid for the EasyRE for windows 10.iso file, downloaded it and double clicked on it as instructed. All I get is an error message Sorry there was a problem mounting the file. So does not work, No email address to find out why? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH

Migrated my Windows OS from a spinning drive to an SSD, but it would not boot from the SSD (0xC000000E BSOD). Since I had to reconfigure four systems this way, I figured it was worth $20 to try this tool, and within five minutes of making the CD from the image, I had the first laptop up and running from the SSD. Perfection! Thank you guys!

i was hoping this program will work on my problem. 0Xc000098 (bcd error)

I can't get usb to load, i did all of setting change at BOOTS setting.

I guess i need to get my file back up and wipe out OS at geek squad or something.
