Fifteen mailboxes on GoDaddy, one migration attempt through Microsoft's built-in IMAP wizard, and the result was an inbox with everything flattened — sub-folders gone, labels gone, calendars and contacts never touched. That's a fairly common outcome with the native wizard, because it's built around a CSV of email/username/password pairs and doesn't always reconstruct nested folder structures the way the source server stored them, especially with GoDaddy or other cPanel-based hosting. Re-running the whole batch isn't appealing once 15 mailboxes are already partly migrated. The SysInfo Email Migration Tool approaches this differently — it reads the mailbox tree directly off the IMAP server before migrating, so the folder hierarchy (including nested sub-folders) maps onto the Office 365 side as-is. There's a "Preserve Folder Hierarchy" filter specifically for this, plus a "Skip Previously Migrated" option, so resuming a partial migration doesn't mean starting the 15 mailboxes over from scratch.
