All I want to know is why I saved my download onto my computer, then downloaded it, and now when I went to retrieve it to burn, it was no where to be found. I also want to suggest that there should be a help number that u can call or even an e-mail addresses where can contact someone. I don't have time to create accounts and keep checking threads all day.

With regards to your question, it sounds like you chose to run instead of save. Download it again, and make sure to choose save to disk.
