Hi, I would like to request a refund. I attempted everything that was suggested and was never able to get the drive to boot. I just read that the refund policy is 30 days, HOWEVER, all of my support emails were ignored (every single one), and it took close to 5 weeks before I received a single support related reply here and it was only by chance I found this board and you finally helped me get a reply. The support provided did not help me resolve getting my drive to boot and ultimately the purchased software was unhelpful for my issue, for whatever reason.
