EASYBCD does not start

Hello
I used EasyBCD for a few days to try it
As I was satisfied with the product, I bought the product
Then, I prepared my disks (I want to have 2 disks with Windows 7 64 bits version, one being the "backup" if a failure happens on the other)
But now, when I click on the EasyBCD icon, nothing happens !
So, I cannot see, edit ... anymore
I uninstalled EasyBCD, downloaded the latest version and reinstalled it... without success

Any idea ?
Thanks Have a good day

Any messages in the event log ?

It means nothing to me, but now the author can see the detail and he should be able to advise.
If you want to save the wait, you could try uninstalling EasyBCD, deleting the C:\Users\..yourname..\appdata\local\Neosmart_Technologies folder and reinstalling EasyBCD.
See if that makes a difference.
Otherwise wait for the author to appear.

Thank you ! I followed your advice (deleting the directory) and re-installed .... and it works ! So it seems that uninstalling EasyBCD through Windows configuration panels leaves some "garbage" behing ! Thanks again Have a good week-end !
