EFI DVD/CDROM

I have used v2.1 previously with no problem to dual boot XP and W7. Today I reloaded my system with 2 full wipe of the HD and installed 2 partitions each with W7 (produciton and test). They worked. WHen I used V2.1 to clean up the entry names I found there were none ! After some time I decided to install V2.2. It "sees" EFI DVD/CDROM, OsLoadser000, and 2 W7s. The time between post and op sys selction is about 10 seconds ! They both work, but something is screwy.

I need the machine to boot without delay. Any suggestions?
