- Partition/Drvie D: contains a not completed installation of W7 becvause of a failing USB setup.
Why does this occurs ? I don't know.
This partition is marked as active and resides on disk 0
- Partition C : contains a full completed and functional installation of W7
This partition is marked as active and resides on disk 2 and is numbered 1
On this drive there is
my official installation of XP on partition 2 (logical)
a copy of this partition as backup on partition 3(logical)
both of them reside in an extended partition.
My wish :
- Configure the boot process to have only a dual boot menu XPwin 7
- delete from the drve the D: the unnecessary files of the 1rst failing install
I should be happy if you can describe the process I have to follow to do that.
