How to load the second OS after primary OS reinstallation

I had Win 7 on my C drive and Win 8.1 on D drive with dual boot menu that I managed to set up using Easy BCD

I had to format the C drive and reinstall win 7 again, but I noticed Easy BCD is unable to identify Win 8.1 among the available OS. It only see Win 7.

Is there a possibility to add Win 8.1 to the boot menu in Easy BCD so to be able to load it after PC startup?

I did that and specified win 8 on drive D but when i boot it gives an error

\Windows\system32\winload.exe missing or corrupt

Before reformatting drive C, I noticed that whenever I load windows 8.1 , its dedicated drive is turned into C although it exist on drive D.
