Hp Laptop wont boot ?

Hi all just want to say hi great site this is look forward to speaking to a fhew people.

The problem i have got is my hp laptop vista home will not boot up i have tried everything that i can do bust still no luck.

When i turn on the laptop it goes straight to hp screen with 6 options 1 enable startup message 2 system information 3 startup check 4 change boot device order 5 bois setup options 6 system recovery.

I have tried all off them and everything is fine apart from the error message i get when trying to recover the system error 0x400110020000100A and i have even tried to erase the hole drive but that wont work please if some one could help that would be grat thanks

Have you tried to access the HP "factory reset" from the hidden recovery partition ?
I believe it's F12 as you power-up. (possibly F11, can't recall. This site used to be public and contained all the info you need

with everything freely available, but as you can see, now it needs to interrogate you first.
You're on your own there.
