My bootable USB is not loading:
PartitionWizard9.1_32bit.iso
PartitionWizardBootable9.0.iso
KNOPPIX_V7.4.2DVD-2014-09-28-EN.iso
gparted-live-0.23.0-1-i586.iso

I'm thinking that maybe I need to clean up some of the files on the root of the USB. I currently have:

I realize that doesn't represent the settings on the USB. I don't know how to show the settings on the USB.
I'd like to know what I can clean up.
I realize if I delete all .MBR , ANG* , .log* and .TM* files that I would need to rebuild BCD Deployment on the USB.

Would it be ok to delete those files?
Do you have any other ideas why these files wouldn't be loading correctly?
PartitionWizard9.1_32bit.iso
PartitionWizardBootable9.0.iso

Thank you,

I have not gotten a response from this post.
It appears any version of EasyBCD doesn't clean up the old boot files created the last time boot entries are made. It just keeps adding to them.
It appears before creating new boot files the old boot files should be deleted.
The boot files are:
C:\NST\AutoNeoGrub0.mbr
C:\NST\AutoNeoGrub0?.mbr ? = Any number
C:\ANG0
C:\ANG? ? = Any number

I have not figured out why the ISO files don't boot on a USB using BCD Deployment after following the correct sequence of instructions.

When I boot from the USB after following the instructions for BCD Deployment I get this:
