Partition Editor fails to start Easy Recovery Essentials

The products are used in the Enterprise world so that's why only the premium versions offer it.
Also don't forget that you can make full Windows system installation media by using the Microsoft website.
 
I don't understand what response you want. As far as I'm concerned, this has already been asked and answered.

You are using the free version. There is a known issue in that release. You are not entitled to access to preview releases with the fix. That's about it.
If you want to buy the product to get beta access, that's fine. Otherwise, I don't see why you are complaining about something you literally paid nothing for.
