I have a problem with a boot, and was going to try to resolve it using a recovery disc. I downloaded and burned a CD. But when I insert it (and reboot), I get only a black screen with a blinking cursor. I waited for a long time, nothing changes.
Not trying to hijack thread but I am having the same problem. I burned with powerISO but I am about to try imgburn to see if there are different results.
EDIT: Worked perfectly with being burned with IMGburn. Thanks much.
