Where is NeoSmart support??

I bought a product which I can't use.
I submitted a problem report to easyre@neosmart.net over 2 weeks ago.
After many attempts I still have not got anything other than the auto-response.
Does anyone know how to get their attention?
 
Try this:
  • Send a short follow-up email with “Follow-up: no response for 2+ weeks” in the subject
  • Include your order ID + issue in 2–3 lines only
  • Check spam/junk folder for replies
  • Look for their support portal or forum (often faster than email)
  • If available, post a polite message in their community/forum to get attention
If nothing works after a few more days, it usually needs escalation through their official website/contact form rather than email.
